Are you our next Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance?

The Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance manages and direct maintenance activities for EIA Technicians and is responsible for executing asset health management tools such as PM, PDM, RCFA and others. Execute workflow (planning and scheduling) process. Manage and motivate maintenance technicians for higher engagement. Responsible for conducting audits and inspections. Reviews and authorizes work permits. Also responsible for ensuring safety, organization, and project standards are being met on projects. Also involved in maintenance, sustaining capital, and expansion commissioning activities.

What will you do?

  • Assist in identification of maintenance expense budget for the assigned area.
  • Enforce internal work standards.
  • Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
  • Execute all preventive and predictive maintenance job plans as per schedule.
  • Execute weekly maintenance routine work flow schedule in the assigned areas of the facility.

What do you need for this role?

  • High SchoolDiploma/GED with 3+ yearsof relevant experienceor 2 yeartechnical program with 2+ years of relevant experience required. Technical or Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Step-up, leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Maintenance experienceis required

  • Facilities operate on a 24/7 continuous schedule, ability work rotating shifts, holidays and weekendsas neededis a must.
  • Maximo experienceis preferred

  • Physically able to use standard safety equipment which is rated for 300 pounds or less.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
