Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Maintenance Team Lead - Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company - Richmond, VA

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 + 8% Bonus, 401k 6% match Medical, Dental, Vision. Merit increase 2023. 15-20 days PTO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance team of skilled trade employees
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all production/facility equipment
• Ensure all maintenance personnel are properly trained + qualified in the use of all equipment
• Monitor and inspect work performed by maintenance personnel
• Monitor health and safety compliance in the workplace
• Develop and implement long term maintenance plans
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any electrical and mechanical problems
• Source and procure replacement parts and components
• Train personnel on the use of all new and existing equipment
• Assist in the development of capital and operational budgets for maintenance
• Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and Electrical Skillset required.
• CMMS experience - SAP preferred.
• KPI's and SOP's metrics
