Hello!

We are working to fill a an open Credit Represenative position with a long-term client in the WIlloghby area. While this position is fully remote, the equiptment is to be picked up from the client on your first day, located in the Northeast Ohio area. We Encourage all to apply!

ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
- This position is responsible for credit and collections activities.
- This position Assist in billing, cash receipts and other accounting tasks as needed.

PRINCIPAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor A/R aging and customer accounts to minimize past due accounts.
2. Perform Customer credit analysis as needed.
3. Initiate collection calls, emails, faxes and letters.
4. Work with Circulation and Advertising Managers on escalating collection actions.
5. Distribute A/R aging reports and discuss issues with Circulation and Advertising Managers.
6. Use and maintain A/R collections module in Circulation and Advertising System.
7. Perform Customer revenue and A/R trend analysis.

DECISION-MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to analyze and resolve problems with some supervision. Expected to take initiative to refine procedures, use tact and diplomacy in servicing the client and communicating with others and demonstrate ethical behavior.
