The Manager of Customer Development - Kohl's is responsible for supporting the Kohl's Director of Sales and managing (owning) aggressive growth opportunities at Kohl's relating to all digital marketing initiatives, as well as sales responsibility for Women's Hosiery and Socks. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing and driving well thought-out sales and marketing strategies that deliver accelerated sales and profit growth. Individual must be a self-starter, analytical, a collaborator, a good communicator and have leadership abilities.

  • Own the holistic digital marketing campaign (budget, tactics, and oversee execution) for all Kohl's/HBI Innerwear brand/categories (all genders). Collaborate with HBI Sales + Product Management teams, as well as Kohl's Media Network to plan for continued growth and success, utilizing proven as well as new tactics to expand reach and grow digital presence, performance and penetration.
    • Analyze category trends and results across various omni-retailer business; identifying KPI's and competitive benchmarks for retailer customer experience, site performance and marketing campaign results.
    • Monitor ongoing campaigns POS, ROAS and ROI in order to optimize future campaigns and make recommendations to senior management.
    • Stay up to date on emerging e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with director of sales and retail planning partner to initiate, develop and execute strong sales and marketing plans for the Women's Hosiery + Sock businesses, to increase assortment, sales and profit.
    • Monthly meetings with Kohl's merchant teams and business analysts to review business performance and seasonal assortment plans.
    • Develop and present recommendations to the HBI team and Kohl's merchant team that highlight opportunities and issues, and comprehensive action plans to address.
    • Plan meetings to prepare for Kohl's Product Development calendar meetings including product content, pricing, marketing/promotion programs, and meeting presentations. Take an active role in product development meetings with Kohl's merchant team.
    • Create, manage and maintain all new product forecasts for Kohl's.
    • Maintain a complete understanding of the Kohl's plan o gram process including seasonal newness / development and creation, initial item set up and initial pipe quantities and execution at retail.
  • Serve as the communication link between Kohl's and the HBI internal team - sales leadership, customer operations, customer service, finance, marketing and other cross-functional areas for Kohl's Women's Hosiery + Socks and all Digital Marketing business aspects.
  • Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of Kohl's data sources and perform analysis including sales, inventory, productivity, etc to identify business building opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree (BA, BS) or 6+ years. business/analytical experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2-4 year related sales support, sales analytic or related experience.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Results oriented.
  • Some travel required.
