Job Summary

Benjamin Moore is looking for a talented media expert to join our dynamic and creative brand marketing team. This role is a perfect fit for someone currently in an agency or brand role that is ready to take the reins and manage their own multi-million-dollar plan. The Manager, Digital Media and Product Integrations will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all North American paid media plans and paid integration campaigns with support from our agency partners.



Benjamin Moore believes in power of product placement and our brand can be found in major music videos, TV Series, and Motion Pictures. This role will oversee day to day management of all Benjamin Moore product integrations, inclusive of the evergreen product placements and evergreen influencer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop briefs, manage approvals, and ensure the brand stays top of mind among new/key audiences.
  • Track all influencer efforts within platform and internal cross functional team to identify and improve upon existing reporting processes.
  • Extend the usage of integration/influencer content within paid social.
  • Set KPIs for media campaigns that align with media OKRs and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate all media campaigns, reviewing data and measuring performance
  • Share performance data with internal analysts/performance manager working to ensure smooth delivery of data.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, media agency and external media partners to tag and track ongoing performance, analyze findings, and implement optimizations to ensure media OKR’s are achieved.
  • Manage, from strategy through execution, all branded and custom content deriving from BM’s media partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to extend the usage of custom content on BM’s owned and operated channels (e.g., social, website, email).
  • Follow media trends and research media opportunities to recommend enhancements to plans as needed.

Required Knowledge & Desired Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related is required.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in an in-house media/marketing role and/or agency.
  • Proficient in the digital space, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and data tools to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Influencer experience is a plus.
  • Has demonstrated collaboration in experience.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
  • Strong team player with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Spanish and/or French language knowledge is a plus.
