Position: Manager II, Product Management

Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Duties: Ensure collaborative customer and stakeholder relationships and engage with key partners to deliver product initiatives. Perform business process mapping and gap analysis and develop strategy to address the identified gaps. Monitor the roll out of features and prioritize the product initiatives to align with business objectives. Craft communication plan and roll out strategy to support customer needs. Gather and document the product requirements and prioritize the product backlog. Analyze customer and product data and provide actionable insights based on the results. Engage in regular communication of status reporting on product performance and KPI to stakeholders. Execute the user and business acceptance criteria by testing the application before the successful roll out and product launch. Support and provide guidance for successful product development. Monitor the product deployment plans. Develop business use cases to identify key market opportunities. This position does not supervise other employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.

Skills required: Experience with stakeholder management and communication. Experience with Agile development methodology, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience with product delivery and execution. Experience writing technical and product requirements and specifications. Experience with product requirement gathering and prioritization. Experience with data analysis using SQL. Experience with regular communication of status reporting on product performance and KPI to stakeholders. Experience with software testing. Experience supporting and providing guidance for successful product development. Experience managing and monitoring product deployment plans. Experience developing business use cases to identify key market opportunities. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $168,154/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
