What your day to day will be:

When you start as an empowered Manager Trainee, you’ll learn the basics of the retail automotive industry at the largest and most recognized automotive retailer in the country, while gaining the skills and knowledge to accelerate into future leadership roles. You’ll learn every aspect of our business through an intensive two-year rotation program with clearly defined responsibilities and deliverables. You’ll help drive results and build relationships with our Associates and Customers. Rotations begin in the Service department, working in various positions to fully understand the service operations. Thereafter, you’ll work on the New/Used/E-Commerce Sales and Customer Financial Services. The two-year program will support and prepare you for a rewarding career in automotive retail management.  A dedicated Sponsor and regular check-ins with Human Resources and Regional Leadership will ensure you stay on the Fast Track to success.

 

About You

If you worked in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading and developing a team, this is the right position for you. Automotive experience is not required. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Leader in the Retail, Hospitality, or Food/Beverage industries (or a related industry).
