Job Summary

The iNet30 is a global Iberdrola Networks project that will have specific needs on each country where Iberdrola Networks operates. This position will be responsible for managing various asset management and smart data programs and projects, while providing relationship management on behalf of Process and Technologies both locally and globally.

This position reports to the Manager of Technical Process, part of Technical Process & Sustainability group within Process and Technology (P&T) business area.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership on various programs and projects mainly related to business process automation based on IT solutions (desktop and mobile). Management includes development of scope, project design execution and close out.
  • Acts as a liaison between the business and IT to identify and prioritize business requirements related to process automation initiatives which drive efficiencies for the Networks business.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams, including global projects. Holds regular program/project status meetings.
  • Monitor, generate and report metrics to support data quality.
  • Acts as the lead team member with respect to accomplishing day-to-day goals and provides direction and leads decision making. Holds project team members accountable for results.
  • Provides linkage to management for decision making outside of day-to-day program/project team activities.
  • Provides relationship management for the business area.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required or an Associate's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of program/project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • General knowledge and experience of Electric Operation/Utilities sector.

  • General knowledge and experience in Networks/Substation Asset Management and/or Smart Data.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology design, architecture, and data virtualization.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
