SUMMARY
The QA Manager is responsible for defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff; monitor performance by monitoring relevant data and provide statistical reports; give suggestions on change and improvement to create and implement; utilize applicable quality tools to ensure managers and employees comprehend how to improve the business. This position will align departments to ensure consistency through the performance of a quality management system, producing data, and measuring quality operations against set standards (CAS, IEP, Vendors, etc.).
