Job Description Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a Talen Acquisition Partners and Talent Scouts (Sourcers) team in our Product Platform and Engineering organization. The role will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition (Tech). As PayPal continues to grow and scale, you will be integral in helping the team structure and evolve our recruiting and sourcing strategies to achieve the talent priorities while ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates, clients, colleagues, and cross-functional partners.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact
  • Champion the PayPal culture & values, foster a culture of belonging to help the team dream big, have fun and get the work done
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process
  • Coach and guide hiring manager on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes, and interview skills
  • Ensure all coordination activity is consistent and compliant with Global/Regional PayPal policies as appropriate, and all agreed activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner, e.g., ATS updates, job postings, compliance, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting, and any other activities relating to the hiring process
  • Monitor and ensure 100% compliance with hiring process activities
  • Lead with an agile mindset focused on problem-solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants
  • Build and deliver against a workforce/headcount plan for the product organization, managing all stakeholders, including the business, HR, WFP, HR Operations, and TA programs
  • Partner with regional and global recruiting teams to ensure overall recruiting strategy and branding alignment.
  • Champion a data-driven recruiting mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories driving talent & business outcomes
  • Be educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes
Basic Qualifications
  • 10 + years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting in a corporate/in house capacity
  • 4+ years of management leading a recruiting function
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working with senior leaders to determine organizational needs
  • Experience with project management and senior-level facilitation
  • Proven track in leading a product recruiting team in a fast-paced environment, ideally technology
  • An inspirationalleader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
  • Proven track record of compassionate management or strong coaching skills
  • Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data
  • Ability to coach your business areas on the latest Talent Acquisition thinking and best practices
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide strategies within a recruiting organization
  • Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and critical accountability metrics

Colorado Only: The pay range for this position in Colorado starts as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus or commission if a Sales role. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary.
