Our client is looking for a Marketing Analytics Analyst.

Essential duties:


Create integrated reporting dashboards that unify metrics and KPIs from multiple sources (web traffic, email, social, etc.) to create a “single source of truth” for campaign performance
Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to measure engagement, gauge ROI and optimize spend
Communicate findings and recommendations to marketers, channel owners and senior leadership to improve strategy
Build business-critical data capabilities like attribution models, valuation of marketing touches (webinars, events, subscriptions, downloads, etc.), and tracking of cross-channel engagement
Forecast performance of campaigns to prioritize resources towards high-potential initiatives
Develop comprehensive Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) reporting for both lead generation and demand lead generation campaigns


Qualifications:


Applied experience analyzing B2B marketing campaigns and moving beyond traditional KPIs towards a true client lifetime value (CLV) methodology
5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement/optimization
Expert-level Adobe Analytics certification (required)
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations
Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
Ability to collaborate across teams to build consensus and influence action
Bachelor’s degree is required, with data science/business analytics, econometrics, statistics, MIS, or related fields preferred
