Job Description
At ELGA, we are dedicated to providing water system solutions that empower scientists and researchers in the USA and Canada to do what they do best. We are a niche technology brand business and design and develop specialist water purification equipment and services for the life science, research, healthcare and diagnostic markets.
ELGA is part of Veolia, the largest environmental management organization, resourcing the world with a global network of water technologists.
We are looking for a talented individual to own and drive our marketing and communications activity in the North American market. Levering all available marketing tactics, CRM and Automation technologies you'll be part of the team responsible for developing and delivering a robust sales pipeline. Development and delivery of ELGA direct & channel marketing strategy
Develop and deliver content management program
Lead generation campaigns (full mix on and offline)
CRM (Salesforce) development & management a plus
Sales Enablement tool management a plus
Field promotion & incentive programs
Executive & cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
Brochures conception and printing
Net Promoter Score Campaign yearly management
Reporting of all activities and Management of a budget
Side projects will also be under your responsibility such as:
Office events management
Management of the online training platform for safety
Key Performance Indicators
Financial metrics: pipeline, revenue, profit
Marketing budget/spend ROI
Lead Generation
Brand recognition/positioning
Reporting Lines
Reports to General Manager
Preferred Skills:
Exposure in Life Science, Science and/or Clinical markets or Science degree an advantage but not required.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Understanding of digital marketing techniques
Motivational approach
Highly organized
Financial and analytical planning
Communication & collaboration skills
Team player
HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite fluency a plus.
Work in a small team environment yet with frequent contacts with the UK and other ELGA business unit
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Degree and/or relevant experience in lieu of degree (1yr+)
Digital Marketing experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Google Exeperience
