This position works with team members across our marketing communications team, leaders and subject matter experts to help develop, produce and execute communication strategies. We are a highly collaborative team and you will work extensively with designers, writers, and other creative professionals.

  We are looking for a creative and skilled communicator who has experience developing effective communications strategies across multiple channels and platforms. If that's you, then your next home may be here! We are currently seeking an Internal Communications strategist to join our marketing communications team. This team member works with team members across our marketing communications team, leaders and subject matter experts to help develop, produce and execute communication strategies.
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing

Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in corporate or employee communications

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday;

However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports rapid response communications including unpredictable and fast-moving issues with tight deadlines.
• Drafts robust internal communications plans and collateral to inform and engage team members.
• Draft and/or reviews messages for internal company intranet sites, presentations, collateral, email, video and more.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the company to gather information for news, announcements and events.
