Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$54,598.00-$87,356.00

Essential Job Functions:

The Marketing Specialist - Lead Management supports the CSG Marketing and Sales Teams with the development, execution, measurement, reporting and follow-up of a wide variety of global integrated marketing campaigns. They are responsible for researching, identifying, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, and conducting targeted top-of-funnel customer outreach.

Lead Management

Support the execution, measurement, and timely follow-up of integrated global marketing campaigns, ensuring that the sales team has sufficient information to further develop leads into new business opportunities.

  • Review all leads generated through various marketing activities and qualify/disqualify based on sales and marketing SLAs
  • Manage marketing data for new and prospective clients within CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring all engagements are logged, information is complete and accurate, and all relevant documentation is included
  • Ensure the integrity of the data in CRM by reviewing it frequently and helping Marketing team correct inaccuracies
  • Manage inquiries received through website, including contact us and partner forms, coordinating appropriate follow up and scheduling with CSG experts.
  • Analyze and present lead pipeline reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams identifying areas for continuous improvement

Lead Nurture & Conversion
  • As appropriate, conduct first-touch outreach to leads to further qualify opportunities
  • Assign leads directly to nurture campaigns and/or sales directors according to CSG's inbound lead scoring methodology and track acceptance rates.
  • Monitor and review leads in nurture campaigns, updating and assigning to internal resources as appropriate

Market Research

Support the CSG marketing team with research, data and insights for campaign and audience development.
  • Identify prospective clients and marketing campaign audiences through a variety of data sources and independent research
  • Identify trends in market and campaign data to further inform our campaign strategy and targeting methodology.
  • Assist in monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis

General Marketing Support

Provide ongoing support to the CSG marketing team as needed to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Be an ongoing contributor to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive traffic, demand, and brand awareness and perception
  • Assist with various integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation and account cultivation activities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent oral, analytical, written and presentation skills are a must
  • Excellent organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to work within a team structure, as well as independently in a fast-paced environment, with competing/shifting priorities
  • Detail oriented, driven and tenacious
  • Able to develop & maintain strong working relationships across the organization
  • Results oriented and great at multi-tasking.
  • Passionate self-starter who possesses creative problem-solving skills - delivering projects and assignments on target and on time

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technology platforms including Salesforce.com
  • Familiarity with data management/marketing measurement and reporting a significant plus
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing campaign and project management tools and technologies (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
