The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating the Henny Penny brand in the foodservice marketplace. Through the leadership of a diverse team of marketing professionals, they promote Henny Penny products and services using a variety of initiatives including digital advertising, branding initiatives, and content development. Fostering collaboration across departments, the Marketing Manager takes the lead in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with overall strategic business priorities.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Implement and manage Henny Penny's marketing strategy for optimal performance and results, and in alignment with the company's strategic plan and priorities.
  • Grow and develop an internal marketing team through coaching, training, and mentoring. Foster a winning culture that encourages innovation, teamwork, collaboration, and personal development.
  • Build a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals that share Henny Penny's values and can supplement the work of the internal team when appropriate.
  • Set marketing goals and objectives that are growth oriented and include building brand awareness, driving revenue, and attracting talent.
  • Empower and motivate distribution channel partners to create brand awareness and increase market share of Henny Penny products and services in the general market.
  • Review and optimize marketing content and campaigns by applying a thorough understanding of target market personas, buying processes and operator challenges.
  • Set and evaluate marketing KPIs and other actionable data to make evidence-based decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Determine, track, and adhere to the annual marketing budget, and make decisions that optimize ROI on the marketing spend.
  • Work cross functionally with sales, product strategy and other teams to align on strategy and messaging that foster the customer experience across the organization.
  • Plan and execute well-performing, well-coordinated product launch campaigns of new products and features.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field of study
  • 5+ years of demonstrated marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on digital marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high performing team
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proven success with multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, and content or inbound marketing techniques
  • Ability to travel as needed (minimal)
