Job Summary

The focus of this position is to oversee all executive coaching design and delivery, ensure quality of delivery through direct supervision of coaches, deliver coaching, and interface with clients (to learn more please visit https://robertgregorypartners.com/).  The master coach provides related expertise and consulting in support of sales, proposals, and project delivery processes. 

 

 Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise coaching engagements and work with coaches
    • Interview and assess fit for potential coaches for our coaching panel
    • Train coaches in RGP coaching methodology prior to delivering first coaching engagement
    • Meet with all coaches who are engaged in coaching RGP clients once per
    • Facilitate client focused coach calls when appropriate
    • Conduct twice yearly all coaches calls
    • Troubleshoot and provide ad hoc assistance upon request from coaches
    • Identify and advise best coaches to recommend for coaching opportunities
    • Provide coach feedback on performance issues when applicable
    • Provide in-depth Hogan interpretation for coaches
  • Deliver targeted revenue goal for coaching per year
  • Continuous improvement
    • Determine themes to focus on skill building in coach supervision calls
    • Enhancements to the methodology
  • Client Service
    • Lead delivery discussions with key clients on monthly calls
    • Support growth efforts with existing clients led by the sales teams
    • Troubleshoot and address any issues the client may have
  • Support the sales team by:
    • Providing input on coaching design for programs and nonstandard coaching applications
    • Joining calls as the “expert” in the coaching space
    • Providing content and input on marketing documents as requested
    • Collaborate with sales team on smaller clients
  • Leadership
    • Attend and contribute to bi-weekly sales call
    • Attend and contribute to bi-weekly leadership call

 



  • Degree in I/O psychology, organizational development, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Coach training from an accredited coach training organization.
  • Experience in supervising coaches who deliver coaching to large companies.
  • Ability to support the sales team as the coaching “expert”. Direct sales experience preferred.
  • Executive coaching at senior level: Ability to deliver complex, sensitive feedback, including experience providing developmental coaching to senior executives.
  • Executive level impact—Ability to establish credibility as an advisor and/or coach with most senior level clients.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with high degree of business acumen.
  • Strong internal and external client service orientation, excellent written, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish work.
  • Able to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and learn quickly.
