Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve goals through influence
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to follow and improve Standard Work processes on a daily basis
- Ability to adapt to system/technology changes as well as use of current systems
- Ability to identify road blocks in material/information flow and manage exceptions
- Demonstrated Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to blend multiple sources of data to formulate opinions and recommendations
- Complete system transactions to ensure accurate and time use of material.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving of goods
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as needed

Internal Skills:
- Manufacturing experience 2+ years
- Previous work environments using Standard Work
- Previous Experience leading projects and teams
- Exposure to Lean and/or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Enterprise-sourcing purchasing systems (ERP)
- Exposure to logistics, warehousing systems and concepts
