POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Materials Manager to distribute new sales aides to stores in a timely and professional manner in coordination with quarterly product launches.
• Audit and maintain sample finishes and fabrics, including but not limited to the Upholstery Fabric Walls, Wood Swatches, and Wallpaper Swatches.
• Work with Materials Manager regarding our Plexi Program – Ordering fabric, monitoring and tracking fabric orders, assembling and distributing new plexis to stores. As well as ordering and maintaining the supply.
• Fulfill customer swatch requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in monitoring and responding to all supply mailbox questions and requests.
• Maintain the Materials Manager Database (including getting fabrics photographed).
• Assist in preparation for new store openings, which may include but not limited to plexi assembly and distribution, leather and wood swatch ordering, potential store visits, etc.
• Accountable for distributing and effectively communicating relevant information to stores
• Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position, on an as needed basis

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Previous experience at Arhaus a plus.
• Must possesses strong communication and organizational skills
• High School diploma or equivalent is required – some college preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team are required.
• Possesses a pleasant demeanor and maintains a positive attitude
• Strict adherence to the Arhaus dress code – due to vendor visits and store appearances.
• Strict adherence to Arhaus policies on attendance and punctuality.
