What You'll Do

As an MDM Architect at Sogeti you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver and support the MDM solution including architecture, development and support operations using the Informatica MDM/Customer 360 platform on IDMC
• Manage customer expectations for MDM solution.
• Gather functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design.
• Create/modify technical and business solutions architectures (logical and physical).
• Work with source and target systems for integration of Master data with those systems
• Work independently or as part of a team on the design and implementation of software applications.
• Work with business analysts, data analysts and data stewards to understand business requirements.
• Perform analysis and documentation for system design; use specific technologies and tools in keeping with current technology trends and standards.
• Implement testing of applications to ensure features and functions comply with version release commitments from Informatica (defects and enhancements); provide on-going post-implementation technical support of applications.
• Provide technical support during implementation efforts, working with technical team members and with business users as required to provide troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues.

Minimum education qualification

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with implementation of Provider and Member MDM.
• Minimum 10 years of recent experience leading in areas of Solution Architecture, MDM Architecture, as well as database architecture of modern data platforms including Informatica, Azure, Snowflake.
• nformatica Certifications (Informatica MDM, MDM Hub Administrator, Hub Developer, Informatica Developer) preferred.
• Experienced with Informatica Data Quality implementation.
• Data Governance implementation using Informatica Axon and EDC.
• API based integration experience for Informatica MDM.
• Extensive and hands-on experience with installation and configuration of core Informatica MDM Hub components such as Hub console HubStore, Cleanse Match Server and Cleanse Adaptor.
• Ability to deliver full lifecycle MDM projects for clients including Data modeling Metadata management, as well as to translate and implement data mappings, read and write data to Healthcare source and target systems.
• Experience with design and configuration of matching and merging rules and cleansing and deduplication rules.
• Proficiency in handling various types of data sources and creating mappings using Informatica MDM/BMDM; Informatica expertise with Big MDM (BMDM) 10.2.1+, Informatica MDM 10.2.0+,Informatica Developer Tool, Customer 360, as well as Entity 360 and Active VOS tools; Experience working with MDM and Mulesoft/iPaas integrations is preferred.
• Healthcare and Payer domain and data landscape experience is a plus.
