JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager will support the sales teams of Intrado Communications and Flowroute. In this role you will manage the reporting and analyze the data, including: sales performance, commissions, sales trends, historic performance and key performance indicators. Will work with upper management to determine development of sales leads and opportunities for business growth. Will help with sales revenue reporting and forecasting.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage the reporting and analyze data related to sales performance
  • Develop reports using Salesforce.com to develop pipeline, sales funnel and KPI reporting
  • Define and drive process for maintaining data quality metrics
  • Validate sales processes and procedures to ensure integrity and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency within the business
  • Review sales data to ensure that commission being paid are accurate based on sales figures
  • Perform strategic data analysis and research to identify trends and data patterns to utilize for operational improvements
  • Develop reports for Marketing to improve lead generation
  • Communicate changes in policy, best practices and other sales related procedures to the sales team
  • Assist with configuration of salesforce.com including layouts and dashboards
  • Track and ensure staff is maintaining sales activities including cold calling activities to convert prospective clients into leads and sales
  • Provide target opportunities based on data and trends
  • Track leads to ensure accuracy and follow-up
  • Assist in the development and implementing sales prospecting campaigns for securing new business from new and existing clients
  • Track and analyze prospecting campaigns






Minimum Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. Equivalent work experience maybe substituted for a degree

Experience
  • Minimum 4 years sales experience in B2B business-to-business environment
  • 2 years lead or supervisory experience
  • Good Word, Excel, PPT skills
  • Salesforce.com a plus
  • Travel 5-10% of the time
