Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor in the Mobile Crisis Interventionprogram at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Mobile Crisis Intervention program with the following:

  • Providing direct shift oversight of Master's level Triage Clinicians.
  • Directly monitors and supervises the group of triage clinicians responsible for information gathering and case requests.
  • Prioritizing mobile assessments as the primary model of response.
  • Monitoring call volume and call quality.
  • Providing direct feedback to and leadership of triage staff.
  • Ensuring that staff follows policy and procedures and holds staff accountable to them.

What are we looking for in a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor?
  • Master's Degree with 2+ years of post-graduate clinical work experience required.
  • Licensure (LMHC or LICSW) required.
  • 2 years prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Clinical assessment and triage experience.
  • Possessing an understanding of crisis state and effective de-escalation skills.
  • Knowledge and application of the Recovery Oriented model, specific to those experiencing a mental health crisis.

Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI):

The Mobile Crisis Intervention program provides crisis intervention and stabilization services to children and adolescents in the Westfield area. The MCI program through BHN is the designated Emergency Service Provider for the Southern Pioneer Valley.
