About Us

Newton-Wellesley Hospital is a comprehensive medical center located in Newton. We provide the services and expertise of a major medical facility with the convenience and personal attention of a community hospital. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, safe, efficient medical care to each of our patients.

We are a proud member of Mass General Brigham, a network founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Our affiliation allows us to provide our patients with access to the best community-based medicine and the most advanced specialty care in the world.

Our continued goal at Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Primary Care is to meet our patients' (and their families'!) health care needs and build long-term relationships that provides them with exceptional care and service.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a 40-hour Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support one of our Internal Medicine offices. Weekly schedules consist of 32 hours of clinical time and 8 hours of administrative time. Our practice is located at 307 West Central St, Natick, 01760.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Schedules are staggered accordingly.

Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults (ages 18+). The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

The APPs share panels with physicians to enhance practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits (both in-office and virtual) and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.

Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in driving medicine forward? In this full-time role, you will have access to a competitive benefits package tailored to meet your needs, as well as a robust bonus program to enhance the total compensation package!
