Beacon Hill Legal's client, a global law firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced NY barred finance attorney for a long term contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience working on general finance transactions, preferably lender side, and preferably with experience in private credit fund work, in senior secured, unitranche and/or mezzanine financing transactions.

Job Details

• Looking to start asap
• Pay rate is dependent on experience, but this role would start at a rate of $90 per hour
• Assignment is anticipated to last a minimum of six months, potentially longer
• The firm is seeking an attorney comfortable working a hybrid schedule, commuting into the office 2-3x a week

Requirements

NY bar Admissions

Prior associate experience at a large firm

Located in the NY metro area and able to commute onsite to Midtown Manhattan, when needed

Prior experience working on finance transactions, preferably on the lender side
