GCOM is looking for candidates, to fill a role of Expert Software Developerto join our NYS Department of Financial Services Team located in Albany, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dynamics suite of products, and will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining these tools to support our organization's project management and collaboration needs. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of these tools and will also include integration with agency IT services.
• Customization and Configuration: MS Dynamics to meet the specific needs of our organization, including development, system documentation, unit testing and technical support
• Integration: Integrate MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version control systems, DevOps continuous integration(CI) tools, and third-party applications. utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems

Mandatory Qualifications:

60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.

Desirable Qualifications:

• 60 Months Experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform
• 36 Months Experience in administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics environment
• 36 Months Experience with Microsoft Cloud Portals
• 60 Months Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics environments
• 60 Months Experience in user and access management in Dynamics
• 60 Months Experience in Microsoft Dynamics performance monitoring and improvement
• 60 Months Experience in system documentation as developed from business requirements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At GCOM, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $38.00 to $48.00.
