Our client is in need of a Office Assistant / Receptionist
Onsite
Hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Duties:
Answering all incoming calls
Taking messages and re-routing phone calls
Data Entry- alpha and numeric
Checking in visitors
Order office supplies and lunch every month for the staff
Maiiing out supplies
Must be organized and detailed
Must have worked in an office setting.
Must have 1-2 years of recent work experience.
