Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Office Manager in the Integration program at Behavioral Health Network!


In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Additionally, BHN is a Tobacco Free workplace. All Staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors agree not to smell of or use Tobacco or ENDS products while on paid work time or within sight of any BHN facility.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Integration program with the following:

  • Reception
    • Demonstrate ability to interface effectively with individuals served, staff, public.
    • Notify clinicians and medical providers of individual's arrival according to clinic policy.
    • Greet and direct visitors to their destination in a courteous, professional manner.
    • Maintain appearance of waiting room, mailroom, kitchen, conference rooms, and office areas.
  • Administrative
    • Exhibit proficiency with use of all office equipment.
    • Make use of generated reports as directed.
    • Assist in trouble shooting and problem solving regarding identified discrepancies.
    • File reports, correspondence, licenses, and other pertinent information in a timely and organized manner.
    • Maintain an organized central file for all of the most recent policy and procedure changes.
    • Type and e-mail correspondence for managers, as needed.
    • Sort and distribute daily mail.
    • Collect and submit employee timesheets.
    • Schedule meetings, as needed.
    • Provide computer support as needed.
    • Use personal vehicle as needed.
    • Assist with putting together grant proposals.
    • Provide backup to other functions as required (e.g., receptionist, intake, etc.)
  • Medical Records
    • Maintain tracking system for medical records requests

What are we looking for in an Office Manager?
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years related office experience.
  • 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
  • Must be familiar with Internet, word processing applications, and email systems.
  • Must be able to work in high demand and/or stressful environments.
