Reports to the Moves and Event Coordinator and will be responsible for the following:

• Perform office/lab Moves and Furniture installation at client site
• May be assigned to such activities as moving furniture on an as needed basis.
• Perform general maintenance services and other skills as required, to include, but not limited to, repairs and light maintenance to building, facilities, and service equipment, and general maintenance such as grounds keeping and general labor
• Complete all on site laboratory and personnel moves
• Assist with the set up and breakdown of on campus events
• Respond to all furniture repair work order requests
• Complete PM's for all furniture installs/breakdowns
• Support Logistics department by delivering materials campus wide
• Move materials around the facility using company provided box truck
• Support additional logistics and warehouse operations as required.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience as a mover, furniture installer or in a warehouse environment
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 45-50 pounds unassisted.
