Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is in need of Property Administrator to support one of their properties in Tysons, Virginia!

About You:

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this role
• Must have 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience; property management experience is a plus
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively solve problems as needed and possess a strong work ethic
• Must have strong skills in the MS Office Suite and excellent interpersonal skills
• This is an in-office position

The Job:

• Answering phones, resolving tenant issues, working with maintenance staff to resolve issues, and handling all database management
• Processing invoices and working on reports, ordering office supplies, and managing and tracking inventory
• Coordinating and managing all building events for tenants
• Supporting the team by answering general questions/concerns
