Our client, a business consulting company, is seeking an On-Site Talent Manager to join their team in Arlington, VA! This position will oversee all contingent labor hiring, development of policies, procedures and strategic direction, manage the VMS process and build relationships with hiring managers. A Bachelor's degree is required for this opportunity, as well as 4+ years of experience in the MSP space or similar strategic account management. This is a permanent opportunity that pay $85K-$95K.
