Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$91,823.00-$146,916.00

Execute the Strategy:

• Investigate, understand, and communicate root cause for issues in business operations.
• Develop corrective actions to solve operational issues.
• Provide consulting services to solve operations engineering problems.
• Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational effectiveness.
• Identify and implement cost optimization and reduction initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation.
• Provide engineering support to operations team in achieving business goals.
• Support the start-up and integration of new operations projects.
• Assist in the development, adherence, and maintenance of operational standards and procedures.

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders:

• Engaged in strong cross-functional relationships across teams, to deliver FSM products to clients including: CBU, SSU, Practices, Service Desk, IT, Sales, Marketing, Training and others as needed
• Work with product, engineering and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for efficiencies and standardization
• Partner with CBU and other internal teams to share operational performance metrics, successes and improvement opportunities internally and externally
• Actively engage partners to improve management of solution ecosystems, expanding the reach of FSM solutions

Technical Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience in software DevOps technical field
• 5+ years of related experience in Technical Analyst
• Administration of infrastructure systems (upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot) such as BigIP, CVP frameworks, AWS (ALB, NLB, EC2)
• Oracle and Postgress fundamentals, including PLSQL expertise
• LINUX/UNIX behaviors and script execution
• bash, korn shell, Perl, python, or other scripting technology
• CHEF, Terraform and Jenkins product integration
• REDIS, Kafka, Elastic Cache/Elasticsearch integration experience

This job may require domestic and/or international travel up to 15%, depending upon location.
