Title: Operations Analyst II

Position Description
Hybrid Work Schedule: temp needs to be available onsite full time

Open to the following locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Austin, Phoenix

Project Overview:

These roles will be supporting the development and execution of an Event Response Team pilot.

This team will monitor and report metrics, and perform Root Cause Analysis and Retrospectives.

Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)

  • Respond- First escalation point for all Event Response and Business Continuity concerns, following current process and iterating SOPs
  • Resolve- Resolution of events following procedures, based on the severity of the event.
  • Report - Collect inputs from various sources to develop reports to key stakeholders and update internal and external systems.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment)
  • Event Response Management- Day to day activities related to responding and resolving important events, answering calls/chats. Reporting. Resolution.
  • Monitor social media and escalate complaints using internal tools; report any risks or trends to internal stakeholders
  • Various PgM tasks related to process development, optimization, ad hoc work creating docs, presentations, spreadsheets.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
  • Core requirements
    • Education- undergraduate degree preferred or in lieu 5 years experience in auto, aviation and/or emergency services industry (ex: 911 or other active dispatcher)
    • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
    • Organized, data-driven, strategically focused and with ability to multitask and a bias for action.
    • Able to adhere to a rigid schedule of operating times for the assigned shift ...including, but not limited to, working on holidays, weekends and shift rotations and overtime when needed. May be asked to support AM or PM shifts.
    • Adaptable to a constantly changing and new environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite ambiguity.
Ability to proactively identify problems and issues then assist with the creation, programs and procedures to solve them.

Skill/Experience/Education
