The Operations Manager of our Atlanta Depot will oversee and direct this specific facility by assuring products, parts and supplies are shipped, distributed, received, packaged and stored, according to establish policies and procedures.

This is a full time, first shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the safety, quality and performance of the site
  • Direct a high-performance work team culture based on teamwork, employee engagement & continuous improvement
  • Ensure integrity of inventory assets by developing & maintaining receiving, counting, put-away, and audit processes in accordance with network standards
  • Secure inventory is stored in a safe condition, protected from damage and loss, and is maintained in a pick-ready status
  • Maintain a velocity-slotting program in coordination with other Operations departments
  • Benchmark other Network Depot operations and embrace best practices where applicable
  • Develop, train and manage Supervisors in the department; holding each accountable for respective efficiency, quality and safety objectives
  • Responsible for roughly 20 employees (mix of salaried and hourly)

The salary offered for this position will most likely fall between $83,000 and $110,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree and at least two (2) years' in a leadership role with experience in operations or manufacturing OR
  • Associate's Degree at least five (5) years' in a leadership role with experience in operations or manufacturing OR
  • HS Diploma and at least ten (10) years' in a leadership role with experience in operations or manufacturing
