YOUR ROLE

To be the Oil & Gas Manager focal point in IAH. The role will entail collaboration with Global Energy Solutions and Regional IAH IP&ES leadership to procure with air and ocean carriers to achieve market competitive rates and the necessary capacity to provide industry leading solutions to CEVA's O&G re-supply client base. A further key objective of this role is to ensure CEVA execute operationally by building strong internal relationships within the core products to deliver according to the customer's expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Working closely with the IAH & GHO IP&ES Management to deliver best in class operational performance and increase O&G market share in the region
• Build strong relationships with key clients for CEVA
• Result orientated to ensure profitability and growth for the Energy Solutions sub-product
• Work closely with CEVA O&G network and BD/Commercial teams to help in securing new logo's
• Using operational knowledge and carrier management to offer solutions to existing clients
• Working with CEVA core products on OOG, "Rig Down" moves and high-profile rig reactivation projects
• Facilitate the compiling of prices and coordination of offers to clients and the CEVA O&G network
• Keeping close relationship with all departments and vendors to deliver the agreed timelines to customers.
• Drive Commercial offer to clients from conception and execution
• ES Pricing & Operations accountability in NOAS Region.
• Lead and manage operational teams across SEA to ensure best in class service levels to CEVA's O&G clients
• Analyze processes and procedures to continuously improve efficiency and productivity
• Participate in O&G Energy Hub Steering Group meetings to shape the success of the Energy Solutions sub-sector and implement global standardization

Additional Skills that Contribute to Success

• Ensure Client's requirement are fulfilled - Ensures performance goals achieved and meeting customer specific KPIs.
• Develop O&G client Portfolio within region in coordination with Country & Global BD Teams, Regional IP&ES leadership, and Global Head of ES.
• Manage Warehouse Team of staff and associated cargo handling processes
• Monitor profitability and compliance to pre-defined costing and timeline.
• Assist BD or ES Team members with market related rates and support to enquiries. Help to develop knowledge and information database in all countries to support local teams.
• Work closely with Pricing Teams to prepare proposal catalogue specific to each countries requirements for response to RFQs and RFI's.
• Always In touch with industry and market conditions
• Solid understanding of O&G re-supply sector including OOG and charter needs
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Qualifications & Experience:

• Industry related qualifications
• 5 years min experience of managing cargo movement by Air, Sea and Ground
• Involved in O&G operations previously
• Pricing experience
• Knowledge of vessel chartering
• Knowledge of P&L and Budget management
• Experience in heavy lifts Operations

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good understanding of Freight Forwarding
• Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Knowledge of contracting and negotiating.
• Analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions.
• Excellent reporting skills Internally and Externally
• Excellent MS Office skills
