What Your Day Is Like: The Operations Supervisor provides needed services including, but not limited to conducting room inspections, preparing arrival packages for new tenants, assist and carry out minor maintenance tasks, and ensure all guests have a positive experience with their stay.

Key Features of your Day

• Meet and greet guest upon arrival and be the sole on-site contact for our in-house guests in absence of the General Manager
• Verify rooms are in exceptional condition and conduct pre-arrival inspections
• Show vacancies to prospective tenants
• Assist with preparing arrival packages, keys and the registration process
• Establish a good working relationship with the landlord's building staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure productive responses to maintenance needs as well as timely delivery of services
• Overlook vendors, contractors, or any other third-party when working on property grounds
• Ensure all guests experience the highest level of customer service, generating a memorable experience
• Assist and carry out minor maintenance tasks and moving of furniture items
• Report and act upon any safety hazards to property manager & supervisor immediately
• Serve as employer's representative to enforce all rules governing the premises under the lease and report any violations to immediate supervisor
• Assist the General Manager with administrative task as assigned
• This is a part-time position

Best Candidates Will Have

• 2-3 years' related hospitality experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
