Looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Manager.Banking or financial institution experience is highly perferred. it is a 6-18 month contract for a Kansas City client and need to be onsite.

  • Responsible for completion of all related work products and deliverables for the program during implementation.
  • Perform project management activities and act as leader of the Communications and Training subject matter experts.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining comprehensive communication plans for members and employees for changes resulting from the program.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining comprehensive training plans for all employees.
  • Measure member & employee acceptance of change and address gaps.
  • Monitor performance immediately following the changes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor the change over time to ensure that goals of the program have been fulfilled.
  • Communicate organizational readiness to stakeholders.

  • Resource Is Needed to Support the following Activities:
  • 5 months (Q2 2021 - Q3 2021)
  • Stand up the Change Management program & plan
  • Identify key players for Org Readiness Team
  • Develop reporting mechanisms and communication plan (both internal and external/member)
  • Develop high level training plan and process
  • 9 months (Q3 2021 - Q1 2022):
  • Identify and outline training content for various areas and collaborate with Training area.
  • Participating in Best Practice and Ideation working groups
  • Work with Marketing and Communications teams on both member and internal communications
  • Monitoring changes made as a result of the program efforts to ensure organizational alignment and acceptance
  • ~6 months (Q2 2022 - 2 months post Go Live ):
  • Measuring both organizational and member readiness for Go Live and providing recommendation to leadership
  • Coordinating all training efforts with staff & Training
  • Ensuring all internal and external communication tasks are completed in alignment with plan
  • Post Go Live: measuring, reporting and pivoting as needed
