The Child Guidance Clinic (CGC) of Behavioral Health Network is currently seeking Outpatient Clinicians to work Full time in Springfield, MA. Clinicians at CGC provide individual, family, couples, and/or group treatment based on clinical theories and principals. Providing comprehensive risk/crisis evaluations is part of the Clinician's responsibilities. You will take the appropriate actions to keep clients and others safe. As Clinicians, you will be responsible of having updated progress notes, documents and paperwork for clients.

CGC provides a wide range of therapeutic and consultative services to children, adolescents, and their families in the Springfield area. CGC partners with schools, preschools, health providers, housing agencies and others in the region to wrap services around families in need.

Outpatient Clinicians at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence treatment techniques.
  • Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
  • Experience providing clinical services with children, adolescents, and adults required.
  • Independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) or actively working towards a license.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in a mental health field.
