Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer accounts, including credit assistance and collections.
• Validate customer insurance coverage and coordinate repair work with vendors and mechanics.
• Supervise inventory, equipment, and operational tasks.
• Cater to the needs of high-profile customers, ensuring they receive suitable product options.
• Assist in assessing equipment requirements and explaining rental options.

Requirements:

• Seeking candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset; hospitality background is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate after 12-18 months of employment.
• Prior experience in customer service or outside sales preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, although not required with relevant work experience.

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience, plus car allowance and commission.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible hours post-training (typically 6-8 weeks).
• Location: On-site in Fridley
• Employment Type: Direct Hire.
