MOVING (MATERIALS) LIFT 24" AND 18" TILES INDIVIDUALLY TO

PLACE IN BOX/LIFT 10-20 BOXES 30 TIMES A SHIFT/PLACES

INDIVIDUAL BOXES ON CONVEYOR 600+ TIMES PER SHIFT/PUSHES

50# BOXES DOWN CONVEYOR.

INSPECTS FACE AND BACK OF CARPET TILES

INSPECTS FOR SHADE OR COLOR DIFFERENCE, SHEARING VARIATIONS.

TOSSES OUT REJECTS AND/OR NOTIFIES SUPERVISOR

ID'S BOXES WITH INSPECTOR NUMBER ASSIGNED.

PREPARES BOXES FOR PLACEMENT OF TILES

PUSHES FULL BOXES DOWN CONVEYOR.

MAKES SEVERAL RANDOM CHECKS FOR DELAMINATION PER SHIFT.

ASSIST OFF-LINE INSPECTOR, PREPARES BOXES, CLEANS DURING DOWNTIME.

FOLLOWS ALL SAFETY RULES.

OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED.

PACKER INSPECTOR (OFF-LINE)

MOVING (MATERIALS) - PLACES TILES BACK TO FIRST QUALITY/REJECT

PALLETS/LAB BOX/SCALE AND MOVES GO-BYS.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SCHEDULER/

DEPARTMENT MANAGER/QUALITY CONTROL/PLANT MANAGER. MUST BE CAPABLE

OF MAKING FINAL DECISIONS ON UPGRADE OF TILES.

INSPECTS ALL TILES, TRIMS, CLIPS, CLEANS, BRUSHES, AND PLACES

IN PROPER CATEGORY. CHECKS FOR CUTTING QUALITY AND UPCURL. CHECKS

ALL MFO'S TO GO-BY; MOCKS UP AS NEEDED.
