DescriptionSHIFT: Nights (rotating weekends)
The PCTassists Licensed Nursing Personnel. ThePCT assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursingcare to non-acutely ill patients and assisting in maintaining a safe and cleanenvironment. The PCT must be able todemonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate tothe age of the patients served on his/her unit. The PCT must assist the licensed nursing personnel in meeting theeducation, physical, and psychosocial needs of patients based on theirage-specific needs. The PCT must involvethe patient, parent, and family/significant other in the plan of care. Respond in a timely manner to requests forinformation or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.

At least 2 years of current/recentexperience as a C.N.A. in a hospital or nursing home setting required.
