The Facebook Payments Compliance team is looking for a focused and dedicated individual to be part of the Oversights team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a compliance and/or risk function in a dynamic payments compliance environment. The Oversights team is a global team within Payments Compliance which is responsible for program governance, risk management, product expansion, awareness and communications, and other key strategic projects. We are looking for an experienced individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to work cross functionally. For this specific role, we are looking for a versatile individual who can support a wide range of program governance initiatives as required. The candidate needs to be able to work with a wide and diverse group of stakeholders across Facebook companies.

<ul><li>Drive and document decisioning and approvals across Payments Compliance</li><li>Collation and consolidation of required information for audits and regulatory exams, as well as any required remediation efforts</li><li>Periodic management information and status reporting to management on a regular and ad hoc basis</li><li>Support the issue management and gap escalation processes via proactive engagement with all stakeholders, ensuring maintenance of adequate documentation, tracking and reporting</li><li>Help identify compliance risk issues and provide input to the design of policies, procedures and other controls</li><li>Support compliance activities and perform program governance duties, including ad-hoc projects as assigned</li></ul>

<ul><li>8+ years of payments compliance or program management work experience</li><li>Experience in coordinating or implementing compliance governance processes for anti-money laundering compliance programs within the regulated financial industry</li><li>AML and Sanctions knowledge or experience</li><li>Interpersonal skills to build relationships within PayCom and with our cross-functional partners</li><li>Experience in creating presentations, reports and process documentation</li><li>Experience in executive and board-level communication</li><li>Track record in coordination and integration efforts across multiple groups with experience presenting to and challenging leaders in the organization</li><li>Analytical, organizational, project management and creative thinking skills</li></ul>
