About Us

North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG), the largest multi-specialty physicians group north of Boston, is a leader in innovative practices. We are explorers at heart! Here, ideas come from everyone-to the benefit of everyone we serve.

We continually seek the best ways to streamline care for both patients and providers. Our medical team of more than 400 physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other care professionals is consistently working together to discover new ways to improve and enhance our practices to benefit the health of our patients and the careers of our providers. Through our team-based approach, the goal is to make our practice of medicine smarter and more efficient.

General Overview

Are you an Advanced Practitioner looking for an opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home?

We are seeking experienced, autonomous NPs and PAs to work as part of our After Hours Call Program, aiming to provide virtual visits, telephonic support, and clinical guidance to our patients when our primary care practices aren't open (evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays). Telephone calls can range from routine to emergent and may require prescription writing, lab, or radiology ordering and interaction with an on-call MD as needed for clinical support. All of our NPs/PAs have access to comprehensive patient information via our fully-integrated EMR system, Epic.

Bring your exceptional skills to this innovative program and join us in driving medicine forward!

Location

NSPG headquarters is located at 2 Corporation Way Peabody, MA 01960. New hires are expected to be onsite for orientation/training (we schedule our training to meet our new hire's availability). All shifts will be remote after the successful completion of the training program.
