We are currently seeking a CE Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our North America Planning & Analysis team in Racine, WI.

In this role, you will manage the balance between Global commercial requirements and production plans of North America plants.

The CE Planning & Analysis Specialist is responsible for leading commercial and industrial planning activities in all NA Regions, balancing demand and supply and taking into account inventory deployment.


In this role, you will manage Finished Goods planning activities, including commercial plan analysis from Retail to Wholesale, inventory management and industrial plans from daily rate/offline to ok to ship monthly plan.


The Planning & Analysis Specialist's responsibility is to drive the Global Company plan:
 Analyze Industry trend by Region/Product line
 Based on lead time and commercial inventory, translate the commercial forecast into production requirements for manufacturing, respecting planned product launches
 Discuss production plans with manufacturing with a view to optimize order portfolio, product supply and cost
 Constrain / Allocate manufacturing production plans at aggregated product level, to detailed planning key level, brand and region / market.

Work with brands / regions and finance teams to optimize allocations, balancing inventory and aligning sales forecast to confirmed production.
 Analyze order portfolio to guarantee the coherence with prior production plan in volume, product and geographic mix


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the S&OP cycle on a monthly basis ensuring the alignment of functions and management to deliver the business goals in the short/medium term; take the lead to allocate production to Regions considering Segment objective on Inventory and Profitability
  • Ensure the accuracy of the measures (Retail, Dealer Inventory, Wholesales, Company Inventory, Production, Phase In/Out) generated by the functions is suitable for the S&OP cycle;
  • Ensure the production requirements sent to the manufacturing sites are optimized;
  • Validate MOP data and propose enhancements where possible;
  • Ensure the sales plan is feasible through the correct allocation of confirmed production and/or commercial company Inventory consumption taking in account process lead time, and financial targets;
  • Monitor the product launches projects for the part related with new planning keys;
  • Grant the product offering is up to date in the forecasting systems; `
  • Ensure forecast migration is done at the proper timing according to the launch/product criticalities


The qualified candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related)
* 2 or more years planning experience and/or market/data analysis


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams and Word)
  • Intermediate knowledge of advanced function in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups)
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Familiarity with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; determination and proactivity
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate and lead relationships with commercial and manufacturing departments
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives
  • Strong attention to detail
