Location: Waynesboro, PA
Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager for their Food and Beverage Manufacturing facility near Waynesboro, PA.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- The Plant Manager oversees processing, production coordination, and collaborates with maintenance, quality, inventory, and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing or food processing, including 5 years in management.
- Proven ability to lead and positively influence teams of 100+ members.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and food safety (SQF).
- Mechanical, technical, and analytical skills.
- Well-organized and self-directed.
- HACCP certification is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
