Job Summary

Providesoversight forplant operations includingsafety & environmental compliance, gathering system operation, pipeline operation, pipeline integrity, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting & forecasting, managing employee development,andinteract with customers.

What you will be responsible for

  • Provides oversight for plant operations including safety & environmental compliance, gathering system operations, pipeline operations, pipeline integrity, CMMS efforts, training and mentoring, budgeting & forecasting, managing employee development, and interacting with customers.
  • SupervisesOperations Technicians,Compliance Coordinators, IR Tech, Emission Analyzers and other personnel by planning and scheduling work, providing work direction, performance feedback and training.
  • Servesas liaison between the Asset, Environmental Compliance and Permitting Personnel, and various State and Federal Agencies to ensure the Asset remains in compliance with all our requirements.
  • Trains, mentorsand developspersonnel.
  • Servesas a resource for compliance activities across the asset.
  • Interface and coordinate with commercial and engineering personnel providing input/ideas on projects related to gas acquisition opportunities and ongoing expansion projects.
  • WorkswithOperations,Engineering,Health and Safety,andEnvironmentalCompliance andPermitting on design reviews, preconstruction items, PHA's MOC's, and PSSR's to ensure facilities are constructed and operated per permit requirements.
  • Reviewsand analyzesvarious operating data from SCADA, etc. to monitor compliance with our air permits, SPCC Plans and Storm Water permits.Evaluate and review data to compliance.
  • Improvesreliability and efficiency while reducing risk; Striving for operational excellence.
  • Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications

  • High school degree orequivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Willingto work overtime and handle call-outs.
  • 5 years of maintenance associated with gas gathering and compression, andoperating experience.
  • Possesses previous leadership experience.
  • Has proven leadership skills and ability to influence at a local level and across a broad organization.
  • Has strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Worksindependently as well as part of a team.
Special Demands

This job operates both inside gas plant conditions as well as outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity. Noise level may be loud at times. Regularly stoops, squats, kneels and crouches for durations up to 3 minutes. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the gas plant. Occasionally exerts pulling force of 130 pounds. Frequently may lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. May occasionally climb A-frame ladders. Occasional travel will be required
