Facebook is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Platform Partnerships Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the way Facebook can help developers, brands, partners & businesses drive real-world outcomes using our products and services as well as have experience in the developer space. They will be responsible for marketing to this audience.This person will be an expert at developing marketing strategies, creating marketing positioning, narratives, collateral & various other forms of marketing content for online and offline. We are looking for an experienced marketer and strategic thinker who can drive results and continue to evolve marketing programs as part of the global Platform Partnerships marketing team. The person will leverage communication skills, have an eye for visually powerful communication, and the ability to work across a broad range of topics. Excellent marketing, communication, time management skills, leadership, collaboration and cross-functional coordination are critical to success.

<ul><li>Develop marketing strategy, planning and execution for solutions & programs for developer products, including messaging, positioning & narratives as well as additional outbound marketing to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Create global marketing programs, campaigns, go-to-market plans, and events</li><li>Develop innovative and creative marketing programs to drive outcomes that scale for developer products</li><li>Create compelling, integrated content (e.g. narrative, messaging, presentations, collateral, videos, pitch decks)</li><li>Identify and develop content, case studies and proof points for developer products</li><li>Work directly with the Platform Partnerships team to drive awareness, engagement and positive sentiment with these audiences through solutions & programs</li><li>Become an expert in Facebook's developer products, partners and audience</li><li>Partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, Policy, PR/Communications, Legal, Product, Design, and more</li><li>Demonstrate strong understanding of the broader Facebook developer ecosystem and competitive landscape</li></ul>

<ul><li>BA/BS degree</li><li>5+ years professional experience in Marketing or Product Marketing in Internet and/or technology</li><li>Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing activities, including narrative development, online & events</li><li>Experience in outbound marketing messaging, positioning and narrative development - online and offline</li><li>Experience communicating complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply</li><li>Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Partnerships organizations</li><li>Experience communicating to a variety of audiences, particularly technical audiences</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment</li><li>Cross-functional, project management, and leadership experience</li><li>Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across all levels of an organization</li><li>Experience working in a cross functional environment across multiple time zones and teams</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience marketing to developers, brands, partners & businesses</li><li>Experience developing strategy, building & executing co-marketing campaigns with key partners</li><li>Experience with outbound marketing across a variety of channels</li><li>Experience working with high attention to detail and experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li></ul>
