Seeking a
POS (Aloha) Production Support/Engineer person to join their DevOps team
This person is responsible for working with support teams on Aloha products through the DevOps team. Restaurant DevOps is the last line of support before a vendor is involved with Restaurant technology. The team identifies chronic challenges within the production environment and is empowered to understand
root cause and
drive the "Problem" to conclusion. The team is also empowered to problem solve for workarounds, document, and educate teams on how to identify the challenge and quickly correct it.
