JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a world-class patient-centric experience
  • Facilitate consult conversion by assisting the patient in developing an acceptable financial plan
  • Accountable for team retention goals, team development, and mentorship
  • Manage alignment of daily clinic performance objectives toward corporate KPIs
  • Provide frequent feedback to guide employees toward optimal team performance, handle disciplinary action, and deliver staff annual performance reviews
  • Collaborate with various departments & support functions to facilitate clinic operations
  • Execute daily operations, including (but not limited to): staffing planning, staff time management, templating clinic schedule, supply management, pre-authorization, chart prep, manage medical record requests; responsible for patient financial collections, oversee daily close review

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Local travel will be required between clinics occasionally.

EDUCATION

  • Associates degree required
  • Bachelors degree preferred, preferably in the healthcare field
EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 3 years direct management experience in a retail medicine or clinical healthcare setting required
  • Fluency in medical office operations required (e g scheduling, billing, data entry, insurance coding, charge entry, collections, maintenance of medical records, handling elevated patient complaints)
Preferred

  • 3 years sales experience in a related field such as medi-spa, lasik/eye-care, hair restoration, dental implants, orthodontics, dermatologist or chiropractic companies strongly preferred
  • 3 years sales and business development experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical software, scheduling, insurance processing and collections preferred
