Location: Atlanta Metro Area
Compensation: 100k-140k+ Bonus

What You Will Be Doing - Assist with the Preconstruction effort on all types of projects and via all types of construction delivery methods.
- Assist in the management of multiple projects in varying states of design simultaneously.
- Provide complete quantity take-offs, analysis, and material pricing for various construction scopes as assigned.
- Assist in preparing a detailed estimate for the entire scope for assigned trades, building systems, and overall project costs.
- Solicitation of Subcontractors and Vendors for market pricing and bidding of scopes of work.
- Assist in the development of detailed scopes of work and bid packages.
- Review and evaluate Subcontractor and Vendor proposals to ensure the complete scope of work is covered and minimize the risk of scope gaps or double coverage.
- Serve as the Preconstruction Services point-of-contact with Subcontractors, Vendors, Owners, and Architects.
- Complete preliminary scheduling of project construction.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Previous Commercial Construction Estimating or Field experience in Hospitality, Higher Ed, Municipal, Religious Institution, Medical, and/or Office Building required.
- Knowledge of CM/GC, Construction Manager at Risk, Design/Build, and Hard Bid delivery methods.
- Experience with Conceptual Estimating and Preconstruction Services.
- Proficient in using On Screen Take Off and Earthworks or similar programs for quantity take off.
- Experience using Project Scheduling Software.
- Experience using Procore for Preconstruction Services preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings and Specifications.
