Job Overview:
The Pemco Operator is responsible for transforming rolls of labels into sheets ready to be finished. They load up the machine, set parameters and configurations, and ensure quality throughout. The Pemco Operator works alone making an ideal candidate someone with a solid work ethic, good attendance, discipline, and a desire to grow their career with us! Our Batavia plant runs a seven day per week operation with a 2-shift production schedule, 12 hour shifts with overtime as required by business needs for the Pemco Operator.
