Apply now for the position of Pricing and Financial Analyst , and you will partner with sales and the management team by providing guidance and expertise on pricing and proposed deal financials.

Your role:

  • Develop and model complex service proposals in collaboration with sales, operations, finance, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct cost analysis, including labor, materials, overhead, and other relevant expenses, to accurately estimate deal costs and risks.
  • Recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of financial targets.
  • Use pricing benchmarks to evaluate customer's pricing with a focus on price quality improvement.
  • Review contract terms and conditions, pricing and margin calculations including escalations to senior management.
  • Review deals with non-standard terms to ensure viability of service delivery.
  • Support price approval escalations by reviewing and offering guidance based on market data and global business directives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to support decision making.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in finance including pricing, financial analysis, and proposal development within a healthcare, services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis and price benchmarking tools.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial models and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of service offerings for Siemens Healthineers preferred.
  • Experience with CPQ and Qlikcloud is a plus.
